Zumbido Brew is a specialty-grade single-origin coffee from Chiapas, Mexico, a mountainous coffee-growing region in the country’s southeast near the Guatemalan border. Rich and balanced, it brings together notes of baker’s chocolate and caramel with a bright touch of orange.

Chiapas is one of Mexico’s most important coffee-producing regions, where tropical conditions, high elevations, fertile soils, and the influence of the surrounding volcanic landscape create an environment well suited to coffee cultivation. Coffee has become deeply connected to the agricultural identity of the region and the communities that grow it.

This coffee is grown between approximately 1,200 and 1,500 meters above sea level, placing it in Mexico’s high-grown Altura category. The beans are fully washed and organically grown, combining elevation and careful processing to produce a clean, balanced cup that allows the character of the coffee to come through.

In the cup, expect baker’s chocolate, caramel, and orange, with balanced acidity, medium body, and gentle sweetness. Chocolate and caramel give the coffee a smooth, familiar richness, while the orange note adds just enough brightness to keep the cup lively.

Coffee with a purpose: Bookers Beans donates 5% of net product sales to dog rescue organizations, with priority given to French Bulldog rescues as close to our Southern Utah community as practical.

Zumbido Brew is roasted in small batches after your order is placed, giving you a fresher cup and a taste of one of Mexico’s most distinctive coffee-growing regions.
