Colombian Frenchie Supremo is a smooth, balanced Colombian coffee with rich flavor and an easy-drinking finish. Sourced from Colombia’s renowned coffee-growing region, it brings together quality beans selected for a flavorful, approachable cup.
This coffee combines Colombia Excelso and Colombia Supremo beans to create a balanced cup with depth, body, and sweetness. The beans are sourced from small family-owned farms, with Colombia’s main harvest running from October through January and the mitaca harvest from April through June.
The Colombia Excelso beans are handpicked by small-scale producers, processed at micro-wet mills, and dried on raised tables inside solar dryers. The Colombia Supremo component comes from family-owned farms in Pereira, Risaralda, averaging about 2.5 hectares, where producers use the same hands-on approach from harvest through drying.
In the cup, expect notes of baker’s chocolate, clove, and almond, with balanced acidity, a fuller body, and gentle sweetness. The result is a rich, rounded coffee with enough complexity to stay interesting while remaining easy to drink.
Coffee with a purpose: Bookers Beans donates 5% of net product sales to dog rescue organizations, with priority given to French Bulldog rescues as close to our Southern Utah community as practical.
