Bully Finca de Guatemala is a specialty-grade single-origin coffee from the Huehuetenango region of Guatemala. Smooth, full-bodied, and approachable, it brings together comforting notes of milk chocolate and almond with a bright touch of orange.
This coffee is sourced through ASPROGUATE — Asociación Sostenible de Productores de Guatemala, a producer cooperative built around the idea that better coffee can also create stronger opportunities for the people who grow it. The organization began in 2014 with a group of 100 organized producers and has grown into a network of coffee-growing communities working together around quality, sustainability, and long-term value for producers.
That commitment extends beyond the coffee itself. Approximately 55% of ASPROGUATE’s producers are women, and the cooperative emphasizes equality, responsible farming practices, and community development. Producers also receive workshops and support related to soil health, fertilizer use, and sustainable agriculture — practical investments that help strengthen both the farms and the coffee they produce.
In the cup, expect notes of milk chocolate, almond, and orange, with balanced acidity, a fuller body, and gentle sweetness. The chocolate and almond give it a rich, familiar foundation, while the orange adds just enough brightness to keep the cup lively and interesting.
Coffee with a purpose: Bookers Beans donates 5% of net product sales to dog rescue organizations, with priority given to French Bulldog rescues as close to our Southern Utah community as practical.
Bully Finca de Guatemala is roasted in small batches after your order is placed, giving you a fresher cup while connecting you to the producers, communities, and work behind the coffee.
